Los Angeles, May 13, 2025 — Dr. John Michaels, Dean of Student Affairs for the Arabic Department at Stanford Academy in Los Angeles, officially welcomed Saudi student Al-Anoud Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani—who completed her studies online from Saudi Arabia—during her visit to the Academy today. Al-Zahrani met with faculty members, the Student Affairs office, and the Public Relations department, where she was presented with a commemorative plaque and awarded an all-expenses-paid U.S. trip including a 7-day, 8-night hotel stay, in recognition of being named the Academy’s “Best Student” of 2024. Dr. Michaels praised her academic achievements, and Al-Zahrani expressed her gratitude for the Academy’s ongoing support.
